The Board of Directors is composed of seven members appointed in their personal capacity to hold office for a renewable period of three years. The Board of Directors has powers to elect one of the seven Board Members as a Chairman; appoint the Executive Director; provide strategic direction for the organization; and approve ACEG�s work plan, budget and financial reports. |
